This woman wanted an increase in breast size and wanted to remain proportional to her athletic frame. She was a 32 A-cup. 315 cc Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus Saline implants were inserted through a small inframammary incision (in the crease), increasing her cup size from an A to a full “C”.
Bottom Two Photos: She returned 8 years later, after gaining some weight. The photos show how nicely the breasts look after 8 years, and how thin and well-hidden the scar is.
