B2005 Breast Augmentation

This 37-year-old professional female was a 34 A-cup but wanted to conservatively increase her breast size, perhaps achieving a large B or small C cup size. Mentor smooth round moderate plus gel implants were chosen. The implant size was 300 cc and they were placed beneath the pectoralis muscle using an inframammary crease incision.
