B2009 Breast Augmentation

Delightful female, 5’ 2” tall, 122 pounds, long dark hair, had recently lost weight and was a 32-B cup size. She wanted a larger but natural size and did not want the added scarring from a breast lift, as other surgeons told her was necessary. As an alternative, she elected to have smaller implants placed beneath the muscle but a bit lower in the pocket, sometimes referred to as a dual-plane approach. 225 cc Mentor smooth round Moderate plus saline implants were used. She was really happy with the result.
