This woman suffered from upper back pain, neck pain and shoulder grooving, all contributing to poor posture. She was a 34-DDD cup size. She underwent a breast reduction using a central inferior pedicle and an “anchor” or “inverted T” scar. 600 grams of tissue were removed from each side…over two and a half pounds…and she healed with a very nice result. She was very happy.
