B2019 Breast Augmentation

This very attractive women in the medical field desired a larger breast size. She was a 34 B-cup. The other surgeons had told her that a breast lift (with the added scarring) was absolutely necessary. She really didn’t want to have a lift. So we created a plan to use implants and place them a bit lower on the chest wall…so that they were only partially beneath the muscle. Mentor smooth round moderate profile saline implants were chosen and filled to 300 cc on each side. She was very pleased with her larger breast size, achieved without added scarring.
