Dr. Richard Tepper
Dr. Richard Tepper practices at his new office location in Springfield, NJ. The soothing colors and modern design amenities help ensure a top-notch experience. With the help of his clinical staff, he can perform a range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures at Westfield Plastic Surgery, a Medicare-accredited AAAASF facility that is directly adjacent to his office. For larger procedures or those requiring either intravenous sedation or general anesthesia, Dr. Richard Tepper is a member of The Short Hills Surgery Center, in Millburn NJ, where he was the division chief for Plastic Surgery and a member of the Executive Committee. Front Staff
Roz is our the front-desk receptionist. From the moment you enter the front door of our practice, you will be greeted with a friendly smile, and with respect for your privacy. She will assist with your initial registration, including the necessary forms required for your visit. If you have any questions upon your arrival, feel free to ask her for assistance.
Dianne
Office Manager
Diane is the office manager for Dr. Richard Tepper. She has been working tirelessly in that position for the past 17 years. Diane oversees regulatory and compliance aspects of the practice, as well as financial transactions. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding any part of your experience, Diane will gladly discuss those with you. She can be reached at extension 227.

Nursing Staff
Kathy began working with the practice in 2015 and can often be found assisting in Westfield Plastic Surgery, our JCAHO-approved single room operating facility. An RN by training, Kathy’s dedication and compassion are second to none. Whether you’re feeling a bit anxious or unsettled, Kathy will help put your mind at ease, while helping to ensure the best experience possible.

Nursing Staff
Christine is part of our nursing staff. Her knowledge, skill and work ethic are amazing. She is caring and thorough, and oversees much of the clinical side of the plastic surgery practice. Patients will get to know Christine well, and will quickly realize how fortunate they are to have her as an integral part of the team.
Janet
Patient Coordinator
Janet is the patient coordinator and has been with the practice since 2002. No request is too large or small, whether you require assistance with your visit, scheduling a procedure, or during your post-operative period. Janet can be reached at extension 236.
